Does a first conversation cost anything?

No. The introduction and the first advice on the route are free and without obligation. Only if you want to continue with us does a proposal with a price follow.

I do not know exactly what I want yet. Is that a problem?

No, that is the rule rather than the exception. Feel free to pick 'not sure yet' and describe in your own words what does not work about the home. We will work it out together.

Which photographs are useful to send?

Overview shots of the rooms that will change, a photo of the rear façade or garden side for an extension, and a floor plan or estate agent's brochure if you have one. That usually tells us a great deal.

I do not have a budget in mind yet.

Then choose 'not determined yet'. We would rather discuss the figure in the first conversation than have you invent a number now. It does help if you know roughly what order of magnitude is acceptable.

Do you work outside Amsterdam?

Yes. The centre of gravity is Amsterdam, the Vecht region, Het Gooi, Haarlem, North Holland and North Brabant, but we work throughout the Netherlands.
