Construction supervision
Someone on site who knows the design, guards the planning and takes decisions when needed.
During the build, questions come up weekly that need a quick answer: a pipe that does not quite fit, a dimension that differs, a delivery that shifts. Without supervision those questions get solved on site, rarely in the design's favour. We are the point of contact and keep the plan intact.
We do not build ourselves
Samuel Projects is not a contractor and not a building firm. We have worked with the same team of builders, installers, electricians, plumbers and cabinetmakers for over eight years. Because we do not build ourselves and take no margin on the works, we can judge independently whether the work matches what was agreed.
