Samuel Projects, registered at Overtoom 111, 1054 HE Amsterdam, is the controller for data collected through this website. Chamber of Commerce number 90970799.

Questions about your data can be sent to info@samuelprojects.nl.

When you complete the project check form we process the data you enter: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, your postcode or town, the property type, what you want to renovate, the estimated floor area, the level of service you want, your preferred start date, your budget indication and your project description.

If you attach photographs or floor plans, we process those files too. Please do not attach documents containing other people's personal data.

This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising networks and no analytics software that follows you across websites.

We use your data solely to assess your enquiry and to contact you. The legal basis is your consent and, where an assignment follows, the performance of the agreement.

We do not use your data for newsletters or other marketing, unless you separately ask us to.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. The project check form is processed by Formspree Inc., which forwards your message and any attachments to our mailbox. Both parties process data only on our instructions.

If your project proceeds, we share only the data that is necessary with the partners involved, such as a structural engineer or contractor. Your contact details are never sold or shared for third-party commercial purposes.

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept in our mailbox for a maximum of twelve months, so a follow-up conversation can be traced back.

Data belonging to a commissioned project is kept for as long as the project requires and afterwards in line with the statutory seven-year retention period for business records.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Send a message to the email address at the bottom of this page; we respond within four weeks.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
